EDEN, formed in 1999 when they were students together. The band comes from Rennes - French capital of Pop Rock music. In 2002, they decided to look for other influences and leave France, to different ways. Studying, playing music, meeting people. After many experiences in London, Zaragoza, Buenos Aires and Copenhagen, they asked for new lyrics and met Maxime Delauney – coming from poesy - who has become the main author of the band. Music and lyrics matched perfectly. The audience enlarged, the influences too. Polnareff, Souchon, Daho then Leonard Cohen, Radiohead and Keane. But also French cinema and politics. Successes on stage came soon, thanks to funny performances, great acoustics sessions and after all, the original composition of the band. Today, EDEN belongs to the "Nouvelle Scène Française" (French New Songwriters) and is proud to present a completely new kind of creation
